I'm afraid of many things, spiders are not really one of them. I just don't like to kill them (the crunch--it makes me shudder just to think about it--yuck!).
Tonight I was getting ready for bed and in the bathroom there was a big ol' spider. It was quite fascinating (sorry for all of you arachnophobia prone people!) because she was laying her eggs. Because I cannot kill her, I just watched her do it. It got really National Geographic in my bathroom tonight folks! (P.S. Hey Handsome Hunk....there's a spider for you to kill in the bathroom...near the toilet! Thanks!)
Anyways..I must have had spiders on the brain from that because while I was re-filling up Blue-Eyed Boys sippy cup with water I noticed the LONGEST spider leg ever and just about jumped out of my skin. (did I mention that I'm not afraid of spiders? Too many freaky late night shows, I guess).
Here's what it actually was.........
A big scary twist tie!!! AHHH!
I think my imagination needs a vacation (or maybe the rest of me does?).
And just because I don't want to dream about big scary twist tie spider legs attacking me all night...here's my beautiful little girl (I know, I know, why in the world am I putting a picture of my baby on a post about big scary spider legs?? Well, when I took the really bad picture of the twist tie this picture was on there, so I had to share...so there!). Isn't she ADORABLE? I think so, but hey, I'm her mom and I may be a teeeny weeeeny bit biased--but I don't think so.
Good night. Sleep tight. Don't let the bed bugs (or twist ties!) bite!
